JOB PURPOSE:
Provide complete support to all the departments in terms of drafting, vetting, execution of all kinds of agreements all over India & due Diligence of Properties. Negotiation with the landlords.
Have experience in handling/implementing software for Legal.
Have experience in legal research and updated with latest legal developments to create knowledge base and imbibe training. Able to communicate proficiently and draft and assist in drafting presentations/representation.
Co-ordination and liaison with lawyers and attorneys representing the Company for providing necessary information and inputs in respect of various suits and proceedings to which Company is a party. Proficient with recovery matters. Co-coordinating and filing of trademark registration, if required. Proficient in Internal audit relating labelling and compliances (Food Safety/Legal Metrology).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:-
Drafting, vetting, preparation and finalization of Restaurant agreements all over India & other documentation related thereto.
Drafting, vetting, preparation and finalization of various Agreements pertaining to various departments of the company like Marketing, HR, IT, Legal, Finance, projects, supply, corporate tie ups, six sigma etc. of all over India.
Complete Due Diligence of properties all over India for Restaurant opening feasibility.
Negotiations with the landlord/advocates to finalize the agreement in the best interest of the company.
Co-ordination and liaison with lawyers and attorneys representing the Company for providing necessary information and inputs in respect of various suits and proceedings to which Company is a party. Hands on experience on Recovery matters.
Co-coordinating and filing of trademark registration, if required. Vetting Labelling and declarations.
Co-ordination & liaison with law firms and attorneys for providing necessary information and inputs in respect of various overseas business opportunities.
Provide Legal updates in relation of the law applicable to the concerned person. Information on law & providing documents for applying of various Licenses
Implementation of Rent Software. Knowledge/experience of software implementation.
Should be keen to travel if necessary
Risk assessment and advisory. Proficient in handling FSSAI, LEGAL METROLOGY MATTERS
Able to create knowledge base/imbibe training on latest laws/compliances, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualification – LLB / LLM
Experience – 8 to 10 years of experience in the related area.
Should have excellent communication skills
Should have experience of supervising team
Should be well versed with various concerned laws
Should be keen to work hard
